Flowers

Todays pic is of the flowers I have chosen for the bouquets. My favourite - phalenopsis orchid. I finalised my flower orders yesterday. They are costing a damn fortune but too bad!

I went shopping last night and bought a new outfit for my bridal shower. I wanted to wear a dress but ended up buying some 3/4 shorts and a gorgeous electric blue top. Also got lots of goodies for the prize basket for games. I will do the menu shopping tonight. So far the menu looks like this:
Cocktails - pina colada, mango dacquirie (sp?); some chocolate one I can't remember the name of!; cowboys plus wine
Food - mini quiches; ricotta and spinich squares; dip and carrot sticks; cheese platter; pumpkin soup; chicken and pasta salad; pavlova (oh my favourite).

I just love entertaining. I'll have to dig out my party lights tonight and find a way to float some candles in the pool.
This wedding is a wonderful excuse to entertain : )
Have a great weekend everybody!

Hi Di

Wow your flowers are gorgeous and your whole wedding on the beach sounds so romantic.
Hope you have fun entertaining on your special night.
Glad you are going to enjoy your honeymoon and not stress about the Nationals. Will look forward to seeing you in Melbourne and look forward to your help again before comp if I decide to do the Natinals :)
You are a beautiful person and thank you so much for all your help with the All Females - I had so much fun - even if I did stress most of the time:)
We are still laughing about some of the mad things that happened.
Have a great night - Live with Passion Kimmy

Di - the easiest way to float candles in the pool is to just buy the floating ones!!

Have a great party.

Love the flowers.
